Slash delivers products directly to your doorstep through our trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver across Rwanda.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery is 2 to 3 business days depending on your location and product availability.

  • Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a call or message from our delivery partner before your order arrives.

  • Delivery Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love shopping with Slash. If something is not right with your order, here’s how we handle it:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or not working, please report it within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or repair.

  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

  • Change of Mind: Since Slash operates on installment plans, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the order is confirmed.
     

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where a product is out of stock, cannot be delivered, or if a defective item cannot be replaced.

  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
