These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Slash platform, owned and operated by Muula Technologies Group Ltd, Rwanda (“Slash”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Slash.

1. About Slash
Slash is an e-commerce platform that allows customers to purchase products and pay in installments over a set duration. Slash is not a lender or financial institution. We do not provide loans or credit. All purchases made on Slash are installment-based only, and full upfront payment is not available.

2. Eligibility
To use Slash, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.

Provide accurate personal and contact information.

Have a valid form of identification as required during signup.
We reserve the right to approve or decline any application for an installment plan at our discretion.

3. Ordering and Payments

All orders are placed through the Slash website or mobile app.

To confirm an order, you must pay the first installment at checkout.

Remaining installments are paid weekly or monthly according to the plan you select (between 8 weeks and 6 months).

Payments must be made on time through our approved payment partners.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of your account till collection of the outstanding balance.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Products are delivered through our partner logistics providers.

Delivery times typically range between 2 to 3 business days depending on location and product availability.

You will be notified when your order is dispatched.

5. Returns and Refunds

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or repair.

Refunds are only issued if the product is unavailable or cannot be replaced.

Returns for change of mind are not accepted due to the installment model.

6. User Responsibilities
By using Slash, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information.

Make payments on time as per your installment plan.

Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Not attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or misuse the Slash platform.

7. Limitation of Liability
Slash and Muula Technologies Group Ltd are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to delays in delivery, third-party service failures, or misuse of purchased products.

8. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Slash, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in that policy.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website and app. Your continued use of Slash after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes will be resolved under Rwandan law in the appropriate courts.
